All parents/students should be able to reset their passwords from home using the Microsoft self-reset feature.

If you no longer have Microsoft Authenticator or have changed the phone number you set up the account with, please email smhw@glenmoorandwinton.org.uk  and ask for the account to be reset. 

Once the account is reset then students can sign in to office.com, senecalearning.com, sparxmaths.uk, sparxreader.com and satchelone.com using their Office 365 (Microsoft) account.  

Students must not type their email address and password directly into the homework services, instead they must click on the button that says 'continue with Office 365' or 'sign in with Microsoft'.
