Helpdesk

Welcome to the Glenmoor & Winton Academies helpdesk. We hope you find this information useful in resolving any issues you may have during your time at the Academies. If you would like to provide feedback on our new website, please fill in this form.

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Our standard response time is 1 working day* but this may extend to 2 working days during the start of the academic year. 

The helpdesk is open from *8am to 4pm. Out of term time, this response time may increase. 

We ask for the following information to be provided to the homework helpdesk, where possible. 

• Which mobile or laptop device you are using (e.g. iPhone, Android, Chromebook) 
• Any screenshots or screen recordings of the issue  
• Full name of the student affected 
• When the issue was first noticed and any steps that have been taken to resolve the issue 

Please note that our homework systems can only be accessed within the UK. If you require access to homework while overseas, please send a request to the email address above.  

All parents/students should be able to reset their passwords from home using the Microsoft Self Reset feature.

If you no longer have Microsoft Authenticator or have changed the phone number you set up the account with, please email our homework helpdesk and ask for the account to be reset.
