Uniform

At Winton Academy we recognise the importance that personal presentation has on developing the workplace mind-set of our students and, as a result, we set high expectations with clear standards to ensure that students look smart during their day at the academy. 

All the items marked * must be purchased from our uniform supplier, Price & Buckland 

Uniform list 

Please note that our uniform policy has been amended to reflect the proposed changes to uniform legislation. We  have also introduced a navy PE top which will be for sale from July 2026. This replaces the white branded polo top. Students currently wearing the white branded polo top may continue to wear this until they leave the Academies.

1. Academy logo navy blazer* (required)
2. Academy tailored grey trousers (tight fitting, tapered, denim, chino styles of trouser are prohibited. Trousers with visible buttons or buckles are also prohibited. Please no pale grey colours.)  (required)
3. White cotton shirt (required)
4. Academy tie* (required)
5. Academy logo jumper (optional)* 
6. Black formal, leather or leather look shoes (see note below) that are void of any decoration (metal buckles, coloured parts, etc.) (required)
7. Plain black socks (no branding should be visible) (required)

PE Uniform

• Glenmoor & Winton Navy PE Polo Top, GW Branded* (required)(Available from 1st July)
• Navy sports shorts (branded or plain versions can be worn) (required)
• Trainers & football boots (plastic studs for football boots), plain colours preferred (white, black, grey) (required)
• Navy football socks (required)
• Plain white socks (required)
• Gumshield and shinpads (strongly recommended)
• Navy sports midlayer (GW branded or plain version can be worn)
