Glenmoor Academy is thrilled to announce its designation as one of 22 schools awarded 'Lead School' status in the government initiative aimed at enhancing behaviour culture across 500 schools. This recognition not only reflects our phenomenal achievements over recent years but also underscores our commitment to an outward-facing approach, allowing us to support schools nationwide.

As a DFE Behaviour Hub school, Glenmoor Academy is dedicated to fostering safe, disciplined, and positive learning environments where teachers can teach effectively, and students can learn without disruption. Our involvement in both the Teaching School and Behaviour Hub programmes highlights the high standards we set for ourselves and our community.

These initiatives provide us with expert guidance and resources, enabling us to implement effective behaviour strategies tailored to our students' needs. By collaborating with other schools, we can share best practices and innovative approaches, ultimately benefiting both our academy and the wider educational community.

We are excited about the opportunity to continue developing our own community through continuous improvement while helping others achieve similar success. For more information, please contact Leon Lima at llima@glenmoorandwinton.org.uk
