Trips & Clubs

• In the 'Main Dashboard' (home screen when you log in), scroll to the bottom
• Select 'Clubs' or 'Trips'
• Here you can view past trips and upcoming trips
• Click on to the trip to view a description and to see invoices for amounts already paid, or to make a payment
• The trips screen will advise the minimum payment amount for the trip, we will usually offer instalments for more expensive trips which allow parents to pay over a longer period of time

Equipment

Important: The minimum amount you can load on to an ArborPay equipment account is £2. Any unspent balance will remain on the account until spent or when your child leaves the Academies.

• Sign in to your Arbor parent account
• On the 'Main Dashboard', scroll to the bottom of the screen
• Click on the 'Equipment' tab
• Click 'Top Up Account'
• Select the 'Bill Payer' from the drop-down menu and ensure your name is correct
• Enter the payment amount
• For the narrative, type in what you are purchasing for example 'equipment' or 'lost house badge' 
• Proceed to make payment or go to the basket to check the total amount of your purchase

Voluntary & Charity

We can use both ArborPay and JustGiving for charitable donations during House events - this will be indicated to both parents and students for each event.

To use ArborPay

• Scroll down to the bottom of the main dashboard and find 'House Charity Donations'.
• There is a minimum payment of £2 for this account
