Today’s success cements an excellent academic year for the school during which Ofsted also confirmed the academy had maintained the standards of education from its previous inspection when it was judged ‘Outstanding’.

Leon Lima, Principal of Glenmoor and Winton Academies, said:

“I am so pleased for our students at Glenmoor Academy that they have maintained our incredibly high standards in achieving these results. Throughout their time here they have seen the years’ above them do extremely well and so it is fantastic that this year group has also made its mark so successfully. I would like to wish every student the very best for the next stage of their education and to thank them for being such a wonderful cohort of students to teach and be part of our community”.
